For over 10 years, I've had the privilege of designing and facilitating group creativity spaces , where teams collaborate to identify innovation opportunities and then create truly disruptive projects. I've worked with teams of five, internal innovation competitions for 5,000 employees , and open innovation processes involving scientific communities and startups. My specialty is designing the governance , methodologies , and formats that allow these ideas to move from the drawing board to real-world projects .
I don't believe in rigid methodologies or universal processes. Every team, every organization, has its own culture , its own challenges, and its own pace. That's why I personalize every activity and every technique to suit the specific needs of each group and each context.
